The Tustin Rockies kept their unbeaten streak alive with a narrow 6-5 victory over the Irvine Angels.

Though the team played uninspired baseball through much of the game, strong pitching from Bobby Morales, Daniel Gurrera, Chris Moe, and a solid catching performance by James Rott kept them close.

The key play was a grand slam homerun by Daniel Gurrera to put the Rockies ahead 6-2.

The next challenge for the Rockies is this Saturday when they travel to Garden Grove to take on the Yankees.
