The Cubs were defeated by the Red Sox 2-7. It seemed like the Cubs heads were not in the game, I know from experience that weekday games are tough. The Red Sox got 6 of the their runs in the first 2 innings then the Cubs pretty much held them the rest of the game. Joe hit the ball just short of going over the fence and brought 2 runners home, Julian caught a pop fly at second by jumping to his side, Quincy did a awesome job at catching, Aaron pitched some great innings, Farah got a piece of the ball, Michelle's swing is looking wicked, Matthew stays on the ball to get it back to the pitcher, Robbe had an awesome hit, Miguel is always down and ready to get the ball, Jorge has a powerful swing and Gustavo is an all around awesome player and this is his first year. The game ball went to Joe.
