Tustin Youth Baseball Association Refund Policy

 

Players withdrawing from league play shall receive refunds as follows:


1. If a player withdraws prior to the ordering of uniforms, TYBA will issue a full registration fee refund.
2.If a player withdraws after uniforms have been ordered and before the first league scheduled game, TYBA will issue a refund after deducting the uniform fee. The player will get to keep the uniform.
3. No Refunds will be given after the first league scheduled game. The are no exceptions to this rule!
3. No refunds will be issued until TYBA verifies all the information received. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued outside of this policy.
4. A parent must request a refund by completing the “Registration Refund Request Form".
5. All requests for a refund must be submitted to Player Agent or email the completed form to tybaplayeragent@gmail.com

 

Please be advised that refunds can take up to 14 business days.
